Qualifications:

• Diploma in Applied Nutrition & Dietetics
• Bachelor of Science – University of the West Indies
• Certified Mortgage Underwriter – Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank and Real Estate Institute of Canada

Charlene joined the company 1^st March 2006 as a Cashier/Clerk, she was trained in mortgage underwriting and has worked in the Loans Department as a Relief Officer in 2013 and 2015.

She has also worked within the Accounts Department in the position of Accounts Clerk.

In 2021, she joined the Loans Department as a Mortgage Lending Officer.
