Herman Stein Fontenelle joined SMFC on November 1^st 2018 as the Recoveries Officer Officer with overall responsibility for the delinquency portfolio.

He has over 28 years of Banking experience 7 of these years being spent primarily in Collections, however he has extensive knowledge and experience in Personal lending, accounts and Customer Service.

Herman is an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, AICB.
